Purpose
The 2011 University of Texas Collaborative Urban Leadership Program Houston (UT CULP-Houston) partnered with the Houston Independent School District to conduct a case study of Cullen Middle School. As future school leaders, the cohort participated in this case study to learn about school improvement. Principal Crook participated in this study with the expectation of receiving authentic feedback that will positively impact student performance. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analyzed and much research reviewed to make sound recommendations to facilitate school improvement for Cullen Middle School.
